That’s a serious point, Vint, and one that unfortunately many people when they get emotionally tied up in an issue have a difficult time understanding. There are many distinct and nuanced opinions on everything related to “ageplay” and there is a lot of gray area. (And it *is* gray area if there are differences of opinion, no matter how clear any one person may think the issue is.) It is important to have conversations about it–and, though this has not been the most constructive of exchanges, I thank you and DesertWolf for being willing to enter into the fray.

i have lost over 1500 us dollars worth of investment in sl when they banned me from it for nothing that involved a child all my characters were removed i called their billing and i was put on hold for 30 mins after which an automated system answered they would not do anything about this

im convinced its a major psychological issue with people like this honey who were abused as children think they are morally right and justified in going after any sort of rp that –only they themselves– feel leads to what harm was done by someone sick. but this is not true, our rp does not involve children or anything of that sort

our role play is just role play, regardless of how honey and her friends at lindenlabs view it it is just it it’s not an abuse of real life children

very sad people dont understand role play before they came for us they went after bdsm and any even furries on tv there was a show that painted furries in a bad light this went reflected on secondlife and people hated them for it same with bdsm and now this

i feel the reason i play a younger character is cause it makes me live in that past when i was younger and feel the youth and enjoy those parts of my life i miss a lot i think this is how many people who do lolita ageplay would tell it’s like finding the fountain of youth and that happened to be secondlife

and now we are denied it cause morally right religious freaks like honey and those people in lindenlabs think its not right for us to do what we like in our world
