Pfff. Arithmetics were never ever my strongest point :-))) Why don't we all just tell the times in UTC from now on, and be done with it ? :) It does sound like an interesting experiment for a blogger group - to try to influence the world to abandon the local times ? :-) Vint: blame it all on me, I remember I did try to help with the time calculations originally, so most probably was the contributor, if not the original cause of the confusion.
