oh no dandelion, not at all.. in fact, if I read Vints comment, I think she now is hatching some kind of punchline..

But, to fill you in with some facts:
“De Rechtvaardige Rechters” is a part of a medieval painting (Lam Gods) by the flemish brothers Van Eyck.
It was stolen from the Saint Baafs cathedral in the city of Ghent in 1934. The assumed thief more or less confessed, but took whereabouts of the painting to his grave…
However, he left some sketches and some hints about where he has hidden it.
Since that day, numerous (would be) detectives and amateur gold diggers are looking for it.
And every now and then, when there isnt that much other news, newspapers, radio and even TV stations report about another “Sherlock Holmes” who claims to have deciphered the code.. Most of the times they situate it in some hidden closet in the altar, confessional box or tomb in yet another church or chapel.. Until today, nothing was found..
So, taking into account that Brugges is the historic rival of Ghent, and I read about Vints demolition works on the ceiling, floor and walls of her chapel, plus the mysterious things that happpen there….

oh yes… “Het Laatste Nieuws” is a flemish newspaper with a slight tendency to sensational news..

LMAO. Now that’s a good idea. Het Laatste Nieuws headlines: ‘Rechtvaardige rechters opgedoken in Second Life!’ I wonder if that would be positive news, or that it would only strengthen them in their presumption of us all being crooks, sex addicts and just mentally ill. =D
