Added to the ticket:

Elapsed Time 6 days 2 hours 42 mins 38 secs
Since Last Action 6 days 2 hours 42 mins 38 secs

6 days later and no reply?!!

And things have even gotten worse. Now both my vendors say '<em>THIS VENDOR IS NOT ACTIVE! It is not replying in world. To fix this problem, please say touch your vendor in world. Your items will not be listed until you do.</em>'

The SIM is up and I already wore out one mouse just clicking those two vendors. And guess what? They still deliver! So they must be up, no?

This also makes that people can still find my stuff on SLBoutique if I directly link to it, but when they click on 'more items by Vint Falken', they get my wishlist in stead of my other people on sale/giveaway. Obviously, I want them to by my stuff, not that of other people, so this is absurd. Neither do my products show up in searches or most recent anymore.

Imagine all the people that search for a perfect pair of Neko eyes now ending up buying lousy stuff whilst they could have bought mine?! The horror! ;)

Needless to say that I find all this in combination with receiving no answer at all to this ticket - a standard but friendly 'we have other priorities' would have been better then _nothing_ _at_ _all_ - anything but funny.

Should I patiencely wait? If so, for how still? Should I find a vending service that does work? Should I stop wasting my time on writing support tickets on a support system that nobody seems to watch?

Wasn't the Electric Sheep one of the most promising companies concerning metaverse/3D world and will this be the new standard for customer support then?! Even FL customer support isn't this terrible!

I repeat my plea: 'Please, help!'

Well, they still haven't answered my ticket, and now the new vendor works, but nothing from the old one lists on the site anymore, although he does deliver in-world. *aaargh*

No, I kinda avoid it because I'm using S3 instead of there own boxes. I'm not sure if the support is there. The guy behind S3 said he would contact FlipperPA and see if anything is going on, but I haven't heard back yet.

Did you send in a ticket? Maybe they'll actually reply to yours, as you're selling stuff, not giving it away for free! ;)

I've been having this problem myself with the Self Storage Systems (S3). I figured it was something on S3's end, but now I'm thinking different. It's been happening for about two weeks now. I've pretty much decided to ignore putting any more products on SLB until the vendors are synchronized again. SLX still works just fine.
