“Something only a few intimate Avie-friends, or maybe even no one knows about.” - I find I reveal radically different things about myself to different people in SL. Different to the point that if people compared notes, they might think I’m gaming them. But no — and who isn’t a mass of contradictions, after all?

Here’s another for free: I sometimes take Profile / My Notes too, especially when I first meet someone. But when I get to know them, I try to find a bit of poetry that I think fits them, and put that into their Notes. Some people have found that rather weird ;-). But it’s fun.

Now, “a minor glimpse of what kind of person you are in first life” — well, “the dude driving [this avatar] is in fact”… a straight guy. That appears to be a revelation in some quarters — I’m not sure why! But maybe that’s a sign that I’m living my SL just right, for me.

Here’s another: in RL I mostly listen to classical and Yorkie folk music. Not too many venues for classical in SL!

I knew I should’ve made something up so you’d think I was cool…. oh wait, then I’d have to turn around and confess that - - I just can’t win!

I wear glasses in SL but not in RL, and I am thinking of getting rid of them in SL too.
Basicly it was the intention of wearing sunglasses, but in fact they look like ordinary glasses.
