		<description>Thanks so much yet again Vint. I'll be sharing this with some of my real life folk.  Once group of lectures (vocational education) I know taught an office traineeship with part of the learnings being held in Second Life.  They did a customer service exercise in Second Life along with some break out groups, etc. It was pretty amazing how well some of the classes worked - much better than they could have with classroom roleplay.  Lavendar (one of the lecturer's in-world name) also had some interesting things to say about students and their avatars.  Cheers big ears (err... not that you've got big ears).</description>
