PingPing, murdered for a crime he did not commit (and resurrected again?)

PingPing Zhaoying’s account is canceled by the Linden Gods.
‘Today, 9 days later, and without any sign of LL my account was shut down, no more logging in possible, the rest of my inventory is gone, the work of one year virtual living gone. Thank you Linden!‘

PingPing Zhaoying received the following mail from LL. Up to now this is their only response after 10 days, intercontinental phone calls, email and in-world IM.
Guy,
I have issued a refund of the charges that were fraudulently placed on your account. We’ll have the account returned to you, asap. We are responding to attacks like this as quickly as possible. Sorry for the trouble.

PingPing Zhaoying’s account is still not reactivated. Strange post about ‘password security and phishing’ on the official Second Life blog. I’m getting paranoid and really start to think LL is hiding ’security issues’ from it’s residents.

Still no sign of PingPing Zhaoying on the grid. Of the two JIRA issues concerning the insecure passwords, one is closed because of being a duplicate, the other one disappears/is not accesible to normal residents anymore.

PingPing Zhaoying gets back his 600 euros which they never charged him in the first place from Linden Labs. Champagne to all! Yet the account PingPing Zhaoying is still blocked.

[…] III: PingPing gone. :( Update IV: PingPing back. […]
PingPing should contact to CreditsCard corp and report about this LL’s low security system. Obiously LL didn’t provide proper information about security issue. (such as “Don’t tell others the Your Home Location.” , “Don’t tell others about your last purchase.” etc). It’s system vulnerability.
It’s no system vulnerability, it’s a stupid system >.>
That’s just standard Linden bullshit. The account of a friend of mine was closed because some stranger gave her 20.000 L. They suspected is was money laundry, that was enough for them to take the account down without further notice. It took her 4 weeks to find that out. She is still waiting for her account to be re-opened, if that will ever happen.
Well, at least they have reacted.
I’d be willing to give them some credit assuming their overload - but there is certainly the room for improvement. 9 days in such a situation is an infinity…
They talk about broadly offensive content as being “unsafe.” How safe do you feel when your virtual identity can be ripped away, practically imprisoned or killed off without any kind of due process? How about when you’ve spent a year and who knows how many hours and dollars creating it? Now, that’s scary.
[…] Remember PingPing Zhaoying? (You should, and btw. his account is still not reactivated.) Remember PingPing getting an e-mail from Linden Labs telling him that his Second Life password was changed? Remember that the old password is not needed to change your password? Remember the ’sudden reduced available balance on the payment source he had on file’ he suffered from? Remember the only thing that Zee Linden stated was: ‘We have security issues‘?! Remember LL - opposed to what they state in this blogpost - not being very helpful to him where it comes to support tickets and telephone calls? Remember LL - in stead of helping him - just blocking his account? […]
Well they have been very helpfull : seems that the money (600 euro) never has been in fact charged to my card i.e. untill now no registration by BankCardCompany.
Today I got a notice from my bank that LL gives me back the 600 euro they never credited.
Is there a place in SL where I can offer a drink to all ?
Tournée général !!!
My Pingping is still blocked but I am around and kicking as M** McM*****, for those who want a glass of Champagne
