The lovely Snow Wise leads the ‘Snow Designs’ company. She makes custom shapes and shapes for retail. When I first met this enterprising lady, Snow Designs was still a up-and-coming company. Now she has over five stores and is still expanding. It has always been a joy working together and sharing ideas. (SLURL to one of her stores.)
Some of the things I’ve designed or build for her:

Board cutouts to advertise her shapes.

Neon lights for her stores. (I took this picture during the building process in my skybox.)

Some design work for her vendors.

Here you see the panel for the ‘Pink’ shape and it’s corresponding board cutout.

A wall/floor texture. Tapestry enlayed with gold.

[…] The grid being down forced me to do some ‘useful’ Second Life stuff, thus my portfolio is up. First client featured: Snow Designs. […]
Cute… another attempt by someone without design skills to design. It’s alright though, not that bad. Just looks like everything in SL does. Neither good nor bad… Keep it up, you’ll get the hang of it.
Oh, lol, lookup halftones…
Thank you very much for taking the time to comment even though you have nothing to say. Don’t worry, I’ll keep it up.
If it looks like everything else in SL, that’s probably because Second Life has it’s limitations, especially if you are young and not accustomed to the whole prim-thingie.
Therefore I am very grateful that you have put a link, slurl, whatever here so I can take a look at your outstanding, state of the art non-standard Second Life design work and learn. Also very kind of you was to comment using your full Second Life name. It will be easy to contact you in-world when I have some more questions about the constructive feedback and tips you gave on my work. I am a bit insulted that you call me ‘cute’ though. I refuse to be that!
I do know what halftone is, and I even have some knowledge about AM & FM rasters (no clue if that is the correct English word though). The reason why the picture is titled that way was because I used a prefab brush for the dots called ‘halftone’. I just needed a word for the mood that isn’t actually a mood-word.
Oh, lol, lookup wiseacre…
Don’t care about noobs hun :-D
Dunno, but if the link you supplied for that (or this?) Liza is a true one, that questionable commentator isn’t even able to set up even more than an non-functional Flash-Trash?
Who cares? *rofl*
Have nice Time
Ed
Thank you EdDereDdE.
But you obviously didn’t grasp the sarcasm used in the first three paragraphs. She didn’t supply any of the things I thanked her for. ;)
To say it in non-Vintspeech: Lisa can kiss my - although I say so myself, lovely - behind!
(And I wasn’t going to nag about his site not validating, because mine doesn’t either. But indeed: using flash and frames. An evil little creature she/he is!)
