[#WEB-734] Teen Grid account creation broken outside the US - Second Life Issues - If one attempts to create a Teen Grid account using PayPal verification (mandatory outside the US and Canada - despite offering the choice for no real reason), the account cannot be created. This has been reproduced on several occasions by multiple people.
