Sony BMG & Yahoo, online video deal - azcentral.com - Sony BMG Music Entertainment has inked a licensing deal with Yahoo Inc. that clears the way for people to upload files with music or video content by the record company’s artists to Yahoo
2LifePeople - Yet another social networking site for Second Life Residents. Most interesting? This sentence on the home page: This site supports the new Google OpenSocial Platform
OH. I signed up on this and apparently, it’s based on Ning. So don’t think it’s another independant social networking site. It’s based directly on Ning and works with your Ning ID. I was already member of a builder’s group on Ning so I didn’t even had to create an account. It’s cool tho.

lol; for me “the most catchy sentence” about Prokofism is made by:
*** tataaa!!! rolling the drums ***
Prok himself !! on his latest post:
(its in his “Infohubs, Paying Cash, Leaving today” post ; but sorry people, I am deliberately NOT linking here..)
“What I can’t stand for, either, is when the people pushing the cause so aggressively just aren’t very bright, and keep ineffectually making the same redundant, retarded, and entirely unpersuasive arguments, as if by sheer force of repetition, you will knuckle.”
“For that reason alone, you lose people for the cause..”
Know whatahmean, know whatahmean, nudge nudge, know whatahmean, say no more?
I still need to see which invites I have in the mailbox, but I must honestly confess that I can’t keep up with them all. =d We already had another one based on Ning? Or either I’m already a member but just don’t recall. :p
Veronique, I don’t think Prok is stupid (or not very bright), but the redundant, retarded and unpersuasive, force of repetition, … checks out.
But let’s leave her over at 2nd sex, shall we? *tries not to draw attention* *oops, ears and tail still sticking out under the desk* *detaches ears and pulls tail in* *pfffiew! safe!* *whipes forehead*
(Argh! This almost feels like wishing Miss Yiffu back luck. On the other hand, at first, it’s enjoyable… :p)

Ah, Codie, found it: there was already SLscout as an SL network on Ning.
I now am a member of four:
slscout.com
virtual worlds connect
M.U.V.E. me
Who’s who in virtual worlds
And now also of 2lifepeople.
Yet I think that VWC, MUVE and who’s who still are the most interesting one. (And frankly, don’t understand why we need that many.)
