Great of ya to blog this, I spotted the trackback and came right over here. Re: "Publish on the Web" doesn't do anything practical right now. It used to show postcards on the front page of secondlife.com, when we had a webmap before the current layout. The "Mature" flag isn't put into use currently either, it was also used as a designator for whether piccies would appear on secondlife.com. I've suggested removed and/or improving them.
