Yes, congratulations to the winners..
That many contests with interesting rewards lately..
** me is considering to dedicate some of her valuable time to snapshooting again..**

So,.. when will the official prize giving ceremony take place??

You better hurry Vint.. the other day I met Nadine in Brugge, where she was, as she stated, in order to claim her prize.. And it seems the girl ment business.. she carried an impressive machinegun for the occasion..
(or, was it just to scare the annoying rabbit away..??)

Dunno, Timothy. As I said, I have an 4 y old graphics card.

What does help is in the snapshot window, pumping the resolution up.

But indeed, we picked the once we thought looked best. The aliasing kills a photograph, just as bad focus for instance, does IRL.

And Nadine, I think that sentence will haunt me for the rest of my SLife. =d

So to avoid aliasing and get a chance in the contest the choice is to either retouch pics or get a high-end graphics card?

@thimoty: believe me, it was not a criteria for the selections, at all. we had unretouched works in the first round of selection actually. its rather the high aliasing that discarded those, but not the fact they were not retouched. it was the last of our concerns ;)
