Only the 'welcome' text was in English, all the rest was in strange characters which I assume are letters. ;) You did not previously send in a letter? Let's hope you get the tourist office spot then! I don't know if they want to do that plan, but if I choosed let's build some place together :-) BTW, DAC and SpiceBox has in-world office already (Metabirds 105,133,23). Currently very few info there, but you can know in-world stuff names and some other info. I sent them a application email with your idea.
