Most of it is scheduling, scheduling, scheduling: deciding what events are going to take place on what days, getting people to work those days, and getting other people to fill in when the people you originally scheduled on those days flake on you (as ALWAYS happens from time to time). This is part of why the Gin Rummy is no more and we now have the Insurrection Alley; IA is much smaller and has fewer personnel needs, and Samaria and I could run it all by ourselves indefinitely if we had to.
