Upcoming SL Blogmeet: Nautical fun with GoSpeed Racer!

gospeed racer's blogmeet invitation The Blogger meeting will be held this upcoming Sunday, the 24th of February from 1PM to 4PM SLT - for those on euro-time, that’s +-22h to 02h - at the delightful Sailors Cove estate. GoSpeed Racer will be your primary host and Ravishal will be the backup.

Dress code: nautical, sailing stuff. So ladies, that’s bikini’s, and guys, that is swimming trousers and a lot of sun screen oil! *grins*

If you have a sail boat of any kind or a steam powered vessel you are invited to take to the waterways of the Sailors Cove sims and tour the vast 15 sim estate. There grand sail will start at 3pm SLT. If you do not have a boat there are vendors below the yacht club that have free, one hour rentals and of course you can hitch a ride with somebody too.

Sailors Cove is a family oriented sim so no nudity, over the top swearing, violence or gun play please! Please avoid trespassing onto private residences. Have fun!

I second the ‘hope to meet you there…’.

Personally, I’d prefer seeing it limited to only SL BLoggers activities, to have an easy overview. There are already that many Flickr groups to add every day photographs too. But that’s probably just me.

Regarding the 2 Flickr groups….One group is exclusive to official gatherings, the other is a window into our fellow Blogger’s lives. They both have their place IMHO.
