Of course you can! I sold an other one for 27 dollars earlier. Upcoming weeks I will sell some additional ones through eBay. I don´t take it too serious, and in the end, it costed a lot more to design and minting the coins. So no winning business model, I am afraid ;-) The slogan for selling this coins is :
