As for banner requests, I’d suggest a full-size banner (468×60) as well as a half-size banner (234×60), for sidebars a tower (160×600) as well as a smaller vertical size (120×240) and a square (125×125). Besides that the already mentioned favicon and maybe a small button (120×60) ?
