Alienheart’s “The Little Newbie” still stands as an SL-made masterpiece, and a catchy one at that. The video closely resembles voyaging through cyberspace at parts, with a LOT of humor included for good measure!

@Just Some Guy: more and more tempted to mark you as spam. Partially because I don’t really like the music, and can’t sense the ‘metaverse’ connection here, and it is surely not the ‘first major webcam song’ (and I don’t care much about the commercial). I then prefer Jonathen Coultan - A Laptop Like You, Bob Riccis’s songs (Internet Love Song is W00t! so are his ‘Depressing Rock Song’, ‘Photoshop ballade’ and ‘Unhackable’).

Though I’d like to take full credit for “No Copy, No Mod” I want to make sure proper attribution is given. The lyrics for the parody were written by Crap Mariner (in SL) aka Laurence Simon. Of course, the tune is absolutely Bob Marley’s.
